1. Services Provided

Pewe Media offers event photography services, including but not limited to, coverage of birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, and corporate events. Details of our services are available on our Site.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking: To book our services,  a form is to be completed for booking on our Site and pay the required deposit. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Payment: The total fee for the services will be outlined in your contract. The balance must be paid in full 3 days before the event date.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations: If you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. If you reschedule your event, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date. If we are unavailable on the new date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Photographer Cancellations: If we need to cancel, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.

Image Rights and Usage

Copyright: We retain all copyrights to the photographs taken during your event.

Client Usage: You are granted a limited license to use the images for personal use only, such as printing and sharing on social media. Commercial use is prohibited unless additional licensing is negotiated.
Promotional Use: You grant us the right to use your images for promotional purposes, including our portfolio, website, and social media.

Model Release

By using our services, you agree that all participants at the event have consented to be photographed and that you have obtained any necessary model releases. This includes the right for us to use these images for promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

We will take utmost care with respect to the capture, development, and delivery of your images. However, in the unlikely event of technical failures, equipment malfunction, or other unforeseen issues, our liability is limited to the return of all payments received. We are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the event.

Delivery of Images

Edited images will be delivered to you within one (1) week after the event date, via an online gallery or Google Drive link.

Editing and Retouching

We will provide basic editing and retouching of all images. Additional retouching requests may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work is undertaken.

Changes to Terms
